Pride Plumbing was called out for sewage backing up into the home. We used a water pressure device at an outside cleanout and cleared a blockage in the main outside sewer septic drain line. While clearing the main drain line, we discovered that it had come apart underneath the porch. We used a Fernco coupling and reconnected the two sections of drain line. We then tested multiple fixtures for proper drainage with no issues. We also provided a cost estimate to replace a toilet with a new Gerber Viper model. This would include draining and pulling the old toilet, inspecting/cleaning/replacing the flange, replacing the toilet bowl, toilet tank, flapper, water fill valve, tank to bowl gasket and bolts, seat, wax ring gasket, toilet bowl bolts, toilet bowl bolt washers, toilet bowl bolt caps, and above-floor stainless steel braided water supply line.
Pride Plumbing came out and replaced a toilet bidet with a new customer-supplied DeerValley model. Once completed, we tested for leaks and proper functionality with no issues.
Pride Plumbing was called out for an American Standard commercial toilet that had low water pressure, would intermittently flush, and was leaking from its water supply stop. After doing a very thorough inspection, we did not find any issues with the toilet. There were no leaks, and the toilet had a strong flush.
Pride Plumbing was called out to rework the drain assembly underneath a kitchen sink in order to accommodate the removal of a dishwasher. This required us to remove the old drain assembly and dishwasher drain and install a new P-trap; slip joint extension, nuts, and washers; end outlet waste line; center outlet waste line; and flange tailpiece washers. Once installed, we tested for leaks and proper drainage with no issues.
Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work on a Bradley handwashing sink: 1) removed the valve assembly from the sink; 2) rebuilt the valve assembly and then reinstalled it; 3) removed the top-end of the drain from underneath the sink; 4) cleaned the sink's basket and installed a new PVC drain adapter and Fernco coupling back on the sink drain; 5) tested for leaks and proper drainage; and 6) set the water pressure and temperature on the sink's valve.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: 1) rough-in the PEX water supply lines and the PVC drain and vent lines for a customer-supplied kitchen sink and cabinet, toilet, and walk-in shower in a building; 2) after the flooring and walls are completed, come back out and install the kitchen sink and cabinet, toilet, and walk-in shower; 3) install an E/One sewage pump system outside in the yard, and connect the drain lines coming from the building and going to town sewer tap to it; and 4) replace a leaking outside hose bib spigot with a new Woodford frost-free model along with tying it into the existing main water supply line underneath the home with new PEX piping and fittings and adding a ball water shutoff valve.

We will also install the PEX water supply and PEX drain lines and make the appropriate water, drain, and venting connections.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided cost estimates to perform the following work: 1) pump out the home's septic tank; 2) replace a yard hydrant; 3) rebuild a toilet tank's flush assembly or replace the toilet with either a new customer supplied model or a new Pride Plumbing supplied Gerber Viper model; and 4) replace a 40-gallon electric Rheem water heater with a new 40-gallon electric model.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak at a well. Our inspection found that the leak was coming from one of the well's PVC water pipes. We cut out all the piping and replaced it with new PEX piping and fittings. We then tested for leaks and proper operation in the building with no further issues. We also provided a cost estimate to: 1) trench a ditch from the well to the house to expose and remove the outside main water supply line; 2) install a new 1-inch black roll and PEX outside main water supply line from the well to the house along with installing tracer wire; 3) connect the new water line to an existing water line connection under the house and install a ball valve main water cut off; 4) install a new thermal expansion tank on the main water line under the house; 5) connect the new water line to the well’s outlet pipe; 6) test the new water line for working order; and 7) backfill and tamp the ditch after the work is completed.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a shower water diverter not working properly. Our inspection found that it was installed incorrectly. We took it apart and reinstalled it properly. We then tested the diverter, and it functioned correctly.
